The Camarillo Smiles Membership Club is an in-house, direct membership plan, not dental insurance, and not affiliated with any insurance company. There are no networks, no claims, no waiting periods, and no annual maximums to worry about.
It's designed for patients who don't have dental insurance through an employer, who are self-employed, retired, or between jobs, and who want to stay on top of their health without the cost of a traditional insurance plan.

Doctor Exams
2 comprehensive dental exams per year, checking for cavities, gum disease, oral cancer, and the systemic health connections we screen for at every visit.
Fluoride Treatments
2 fluoride applications per year, proven to strengthen enamel and reduce cavity risk, especially for adults with dry mouth or dietary risk factors.
Check-Up X-Rays
1 full set of diagnostic X-rays per year, so we can see what's happening between and below your teeth, not just at the surface.

Is this dental insurance?
No. The Camarillo Smiles Membership Club is an in-house direct membership plan, not an insurance product. It is not regulated as insurance, and it is not affiliated with any insurance company. It is a direct agreement between you and Camarillo Smiles that provides defined preventive benefits and a discount on additional treatment.

Who is this plan for?
This plan is ideal for patients who do not have dental insurance through an employer, including self-employed individuals, retirees, part-time workers, and those between jobs. It's also a good option for patients whose employer-sponsored benefits don't include dental coverage.

What does the plan NOT cover?
The membership plan does not cover orthodontic treatment, sleep appliances, airway or breathing treatments, or development-related dental procedures. Major restorative work, such as crowns, implants, and root canals, is not included in the annual fee, but members receive a 10% discount on those services.

Are dues refundable?
No. Membership dues paid to Camarillo Smiles are non-refundable. We encourage you to review the plan details with our team before enrolling, and we're happy to answer any questions about what is and isn't included before you sign up.

How do I enroll?
Enrollment is easy. Just call our office at (805) 388-5700 or visit us in person at 92 Palm Drive in Historic Old Town Camarillo. Our team will walk you through the plan options and get you set up at your first visit.

Can I use the plan right away?
Yes. There are no waiting periods. Once enrolled, your preventive care benefits are available immediately at your next appointment.

Does the 10% discount apply to all services?
The 10% discount applies to most dental treatment services performed at Camarillo Smiles, with the exception of treatments excluded from the plan: orthodontics, sleep, airway, and development-related procedures. Discounts may not be combined with other discounts. Ask our team for the complete list of applicable services when you enroll.
