" This was my second visit as after the first, I figured that I would give it another try but both visits made me feel like it was a constant up sell. There is a questionnaire as a new patient that asks how you feel about the appearance of your teeth and I noted that I’m happy yet I was suggested braces, retainer and or whitening by every single person who’d seen me. It felt too sales-y. "

" I always have a great experience here. All of the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. During my visit today, my oral hygienist explained a lot of causes/effects regarding oral health that I didn’t realize, particularly restricted airways and the importance of tooth alignment beyond cosmetic benefits. They have recently installed a machine that scans your head in less than a minute, and it provides a detailed 3D model of your mouth. The model is able to accurately show you different areas of your mouth, such as cavities, sinuses, resting tongue position, etc. It greatly enhanced my understanding of oral health, and areas to focus on beyond brushing and flossing my teeth. I love Camarillo Smiles and will keep coming back as long as they’re around! "

" WOW!!!!!! I can't say enough good things about this practice!!! - AMAZING with kids - On the forefront of dentistry (use specialty products like flourish ions, CTX mouthwash and toothpaste - I am very cavity prone and have not had one cavity since starting with this combination) - No local injection for kids cavities they use a LASER!!!!! (for small cavities only but so awesome!) - very friendly / accommodating hygienists and front office staff - most appointments are free or fairly cheap with our Delta Dental insurance - They are very cost conscious and ask before they do anything - they are very slow to treat and monitor patients especially for larger procedures like root canals - Dr. Edhe is SO nice my 5 year old had her first loose tooth and she didn't force her to take it out and did not use any injections just topical numbing and let her wait in the office for over 2 hours! She just kept checking on her in between patients - I was so impressed with them I even switched and we live in Ventura but SO worth the drive!! "
